I had never even heard of this kind of sandwich living in Upstate New York; but a move to Nebraska gave way to new and different things for us.  One of those things was this delicious sandwich!  It's so easy to make!  It takes a little time (in the crock pot), but is THE perfect Sunday afternoon meal.

• 1 pork tenderloin (mine was a little less than 2 lbs.)
• 1 large onion, quartered and sliced
• garlic powder
• salt
• pepper
• 1 C of your favorite barbeque sauce
• 1/2 C of vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)

Directions:

• Put your pork into a crockpot.
• Cover with onion, garlic powder, salt & pepper (to taste).
• Cook on low for 6 hours (remember, my tenderloin was not quite two pounds, if you have more meat, you'll have to cook it longer.)
• Drain off liquid.
• Pull apart meat with two forks.
• Add barbeque sauce and vinegar.
• Cook on low for another hour.
• Serve on big rolls with coleslaw or spicy chips!
