This is a recipe I found on Titus 2 Christian Homekeepers message board. Hubby's favorite cookie is gingersnap, so I was thrilled to find this recipe. It's easy and makes alot! Directions: Mix and blend ingredients in the order listed and take time to do a thorough job. Roll thin, cut, and bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. (Since I use baking stones, I don’t ever grease a pan. Use your own discretion on this.) Cool and enjoy! |
